I'm going to poke through the flight logs, but there has long been a rumour that the Saab 340 passed through Iqaluit, Nunavut Territory, Canada. Nobody in Canada seems to be too out of joint about this violation of Canadian sovereignty, i.e. transporting rendition candidates through Canada to wherever they were to be tortured. O'Connor's report on the Maher Arar affair fingers the RCMP, but glosses over who might have given bogus positive hits from traffic analysis of illegal NSA wiretaps to CSIS, who then handed the file over the RCMP.
